I am a Real Estate Broker/Appraiser with 24+ years of Local experience. I have a Full Service Boutique Real Estate Company which does everything the larger companies do - except that you are guaranteed to have my Full attention. I will be fully dedicated & involved with you every step of the way.

I am a native Floridian & have lived in Jacksonville since 1979. I think it is a Wonderful place to call Home! I grew up in Mandarin & moved just south to St. Johns County 12 years ago. My knowledge and background in lending and appraising can help simplify a sometimes confusing process and helps set me apart. I have worked through the ups and downs of the market. Buying & selling a home is one of the most stressful events that people encounter during their lives & I strive to make it as simple & enjoyable as possible. I cherish helping each person/family truly find their dream home as well as helping them sell their property in the shortest timeframe possible for the maximum return.
